MS Teams App is not visible to all user even if added it for all users
I have added app from store using Teams Admin Center for all users as per given guideline provided by Microsoft but still no user can see that app. I have waited for three days but still it's not...

My suggestion in general is to confirm the settings here.
1. Org-wide app settings.
2 App setup policy.
3. App permission policy.
4. Verify that users are assigned the policy.
As it doesn't work in one tenant but you have the same settings you might need to open a support ticket.

First three points are configured correctly.
For forth point, I think we don't need to assign users as it's Global (org-wide default)- Feb 07, 2023You never now, Global is always default but sometimes a user can be assigned a different one. As mentioned, the steps provided are general.

kalpeshvaghela Org Wide Default only applies to users that are not assigned a different policy.
Users only receive one policy at a time, so if you want all user to get this new app you'll need to assign it in all the different App Permission Policies, I can see at least 3 more.
