Honestly, leaving a computer logged in has a lot more vulnerabilities than Teams. There are solutions in Healthcare to allow for quick cardkey logon and logoff.
No real problem with leaving a generic account logged on, as long as the account doesn't have rights to do much.
Also, you may want to look at installing Teams on personal devices, such as phones.
Having a specific account that represents an office or station isn't a bad solution, then people know what to call. Having different accounts for different people that don't logon is problematic (unless they use phones)
