MS Teams / E3 audio dial-in

Hi all,

Just seeking some clarity here. The company I work for is licensed for Office 365 E3. I've seen several articles suggesting that as of 1 March 2022, the Office 365 E3 license includes Teams audio conferencing dial-in (what was offered previously, I believe, as a free promo back in 2020). However, try as I might, I do not seem to be able to enable this on our tenant. I can create an audio conference policy and assign it to users (although when I search for locations to add, nothing is listed). If I go back to our billing section and search it out as an add-on SKU, there does not appear to be any option for audio conferencing dial-in (either through our Microsoft Partner or directly from Microsoft).
If this really is available for our E3 license, then it could be a bit of a game changer for us (currently a Webex customer). At this stage, not having global dial-in options for MS Teams (no need for toll-free) is hampering its adoption.

Many thanks,

Rob

LinusCansby Thanks Linus. That's appreciated. As mentioned, when I go to the admin centre I don't actually see it as an option to add (I am based in the UK). That said, I've escalated it with our CSP partner so hopefully they'll be able to point us in the right direction. It does appear that it should be available for UK users based on the availability page
