MS Flow tab doesn't load in Teams

Thanks for raising this.
1.) Does it happen in the desktop and web client at teams.microsoft.com?
2.) Have you tried logging out and back in?
3.) Have you tried clearing the cache? https://www.google.co.uk/amp/s/commsverse.blog/2018/09/28/clear-the-microsoft-teams-client-cache/amp/
4.) Does it happen for all users or just you?
If it is yes after all this I would open a ticket with Microsoft
