I've been experiencing the same thing for a while too, since moving to new Teams on my MB Pro. It has occurred using both an Apple Magic Mouse and Logitech MX Master 3 for Mac. I've noticed that it's occurring when I am using a BT headset for audio (Airpods Pro or others). When I switch meeting audio to a USB device, the mouse lag disappears... seems like Teams start struggling when using two BT devices at once.

I have found that if sharing screen or presenting, that I will have this mouse lag if I share a single application window (browser, or app). If, instead, I switch to sharing the entire desktop and then make the application full screen, that the mouse latency goes away!

Robin987 - Are you using Displaylink? I have been testing this for a few days now and find when I only use my laptop (after quitting DisplayLink , the problem goes away). This never used to happen that I noticed so I'm thinking this is it. Can you test? Of course, the whole point of multiple displays is lost but if we narrow down the problem, maybe the synaptics team can look!
