(Note that I work at Microsoft, but not on Teams. I am interested in this feature as a user of Teams.)
When I click on that "Community" link, all I get is a screen that says "Your access to this website has been restricted."
I sometimes wonder (after > 25 years in this industry) if Microsoft will ever learn to actually effectively engage with their users instead of making them jump through numerous hoops to report an issue that will just be ignored for years.
