Monitor which users are opted in/out from call queue?
I need a way for an admin to monitor which users are opted in/out from a specific queue (some users forget to opt back in every so often). I don't seem to find the information on the MS Teams Admin Center.
The queue is set up as a list of users, not as a MS Teams channel.
If this is not possible, would it be possible from an MS Teams channel?
Thanks.
In our scenario, we created a TEAM that is responsible for answering the queue. When you create a team, it will show up under TEAMS in your MS TEAMS window, and should have a CALLS tab. Under the CALLS tab, the dial pad is on the right hand side of the screen and members of the queue are listed below that with icons that show if they are enabled for the queue and their current status.
See screen shot attached (I blacked out phone number and names).

- Hi,
Yes this is possible using the Microsoft Teams Channel or using the Collaborative Experience in Microsoft Teams.
