Missing Teams Chat
I have a user who is missing a Teams chat. They were invited to the meeting, but declined, but they still cannot view the chat from the meeting (which I believe they should). I have confirmed there...

It might be worthwhile to first check if Teams online has the chat. This way you can rule out local issues. If the chat does exist on teams.microsoft.com, you should also be able to check if by sending a new message if the chat reappears.
