Missing emojis

Hello

I am having difficulty at my organisation in viewing emojis in MS Teams for a specific category of users. I receive notifications about the corresponding reactions to my messages but when I view the messages, the emojis are absent. In contrast, I can see that emojis from the same category of users are displaying for the MS Teams messages posted by other persons. On reporting this anomaly, I was advised to delete the entire contents of my MS Teams folder, which I have located within the folder AppData on my personal computer.

I am attaching herewith a screenshot of the contents of that folder. As I do not feel comfortable about deleting all of the contents without a confirmation from MS Teams that this is safe to do. I am very reliant on MS Teams for my current work and I want to avoid more critical problems arising from deleting too much. Could I please have advice on this matter, including an indication of what the folder contents are for?

Many thanks!
