Microsoft Teams will not let me sign in via desktop but will via the mobile app

Hi,When I go to sign in to Microsoft Teams either by the app or web via a laptop it will not let me sign in, even though I have an account. When I put in my log in details to sign in it says "You're not on Teams yet, but you can set it up for your organisation." Then when I click "Sign up for teams" then "Sign up for free", an error page appears saying "Access to&nbsp;businessstore.microsoft.com&nbsp;was denied.&nbsp;You don't have authorisation to view this page.&nbsp;HTTP ERROR 403"&nbsp;Yet I can sign into my Teams account through the mobile app without any problems.&nbsp;The email I am using is a personal email and I hope you can help.&nbsp;Thanks&nbsp;&nbsp;Lee

I've had this issue for a while now. Not sure if its something to do with my old teams account with my university email.
