    Darwin Jebha,

     

    As I understand it you just the licenses like Phone System and Audio Conferencing and such to get it going.  Just check your Teams Upgrade settings in the Teams admin center to ensure its at least set to Islands so users can use Teams for voice calling, as well as other Voice settings there.
