Microsoft Teams registration form not updating

I am setting up some meetings that I require people to register for but when I try to update the registration form with the event details I keep getting an error message as below. I have restarted my laptop, checked for updates, and tried using a private window but continue to get the same message. This has been happening continually for the last 24 hours - a few done earlier in the day yesterday were fine so I am assuming an issue with Microsoft?
