Can you join the meeting without audio? When you say it crashes is it that your connection to the meeting is disconnected or is it the application that crashes? Do you use the desktop client?

Try to connect without your camera activated and use another audio device.
If you are using the desktop client, try the web client (https://teams.microsoft.com). If you use the web client try the desktop client (https://teams.microsoft.com/download)
