Microsoft Teams on my outlook

I have attempted and so have Microsoft to load an add-in to my system so i can link my outlook to my Microsoft Teams.   After hours, they advised no one at Microsoft can talk to me about this issue...

TimGran1964 Hello, well. Office Home or Office 2019 isn't the solution so I have no idea why this was installed "by Microsoft" as Teams isn't included?

 

Anyway, to have the Teams add-in available in the Outlook client it's necessary to install the Teams desktop application. Even installed correct, the add-in is sometimes blocked in the client and can be enabled either from File - Options - Add-ins or the registry.

 

But first of all, make sure you're using an eligible subscription for Teams. See this table for more info
