Microsoft Teams notification centre right click menu not appearing when window is not maximized

I have observed a behaviour with Microsoft Teams that context menu on Teams icon in notification centre is not appearing when teams window is not in maximized state. However same works when window is in maximized state. I am using build Microsoft Teams Version 1.3.00.26064 (64 bit).

To make it clear I am talking about attached context menu which appears in window maximized state. Please help how to resolve this.
