Microsoft teams keyboard shortcuts do not work!
Hello
I have an unusual situation. I have a work PC at home (laptop Windows 10) and a PC in the office (desktop, Windows 11).
According to the documentation, the keyboard shortcut, in Microsoft teams desktop application, to initiate a video call is Alt+Shift+V. This shortcut works on my windows 10 PC and other colleagues Windows 11 PC, however, it will not work on my office PC. I have tried resetting and repairing the App but that has made no difference.
I am finding this extremely frustrating, because I operate my PC by speech recognition, owing to a disability. Therefore, I have a dragon command that can initiate a voice call but it will not work on the windows 11 PC. (Please note, colleagues have tried and proven that the keyboard shortcut does not work even using the keyboard on my office PC).
Any ideas?
Thanks

I do not use Google docs. Also, I don't believe I have any software installed, like power tools, which can remap keyboard shortcuts.
I work in an IT department and both myself and colleagues cannot explain this behaviour. - dougemesBrass Contributor

Is there any chance you have something which might be hijacking the kb shortcut default? Do you happen to have google docs open? It uses that kb shortcut for the view menu per a cursory search.
