Microsoft teams inquiry
when "A" person downloads the file in the shared folder in teams,
the revised person(name) was changed from the origin person to "A" although "A" didn't revise something.
Is there a method to prevent this?

Not a standard but you can configure who can edit the file. Since the User A saved the file that revised the name on who access or made the last changes to file. This is to ensure if any changes are made to the file for file log perspective.

It would be nice to have the function to the revised name can use only if someone edits the information, without accessing or downloading the file, as an option.
