Hi, Teams file permissions are really SharePoint permissions underneath. If you cannot remove Direct Access, it may be inherited from the Team, channel, Microsoft 365 group, or site membership rather than a sharing link. Open the file in SharePoint, go to Manage access, and check whether the user has access through a group. If it is inherited, you either remove them from the group or break inheritance at the right library, folder, or file level.
