Microsoft Teams Cloud Voice
Can you try to do some outbound and inbound calls? There can be some delay in that data and you might need some calls before it will show as active.
If it is not working analyse the logs from your SBC.
LinusCansby Hello.
So all is setup.
Now I moved my account to SfBO and setup my Teams on Teams Only mode.
Now following that doc https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/direct-routing-configure:

I noticed that I need to have one of these licenses:
Required licenses:
- Office 365 Enterprise E3 (including SfB Plan2, Exchange Plan2, and Teams) + Phone System
- Office 365 Enterprise E5 (including SfB Plan2, Exchange Plan2, Teams, and Phone System)
Optional licenses:
- Calling Plan
- Audio Conferencing
I assigned to me license Microsoft 365 Phone System.
But when I want to make call I get info "The prerson You're trying to call is una...."
BTW - I noticed that Dial Plans are now available under Teams admin center (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/create-and-manage-dial-plans). But I can't see thrm there? Do I need anything special?

msabat See if you can remove that from the INVITE sent to Teams. You can do this in the Audiocodes SBC with manipulations.

@Linus Cansby Any idea?

And another thing. I setup some connection
Cisco CUCM <-> Audiocodes SBC <-> Teams
And I have some issue calling form Cisco Jabber to Teams and from Teams to Cisco Jabber.
Looks like Teams does not like the Video Headers that the Jabber client is adding in.
I don't have that issue calling from Desk Phone to Teams or Teams to Desk Phone.
This the the last Invite sent before Teams Ends the Call:INVITE sip:api-du-c-usea.pstnhub.microsoft.com:443;transport=tls;x-i=4b2759ca-f9ad-4139-9c3d-0dde839241d6;x-c=/v1/ngc/call/781c4674699853f7b89ef5686ef3110a/s/1/756ba5130bd140bebd1b8f37d02809cc SIP/2.0

LinusCansby Thanks.
one more thing 😉
I SfB when I put 9011 for International it is resolved correctly.
I setup the same normalization rules on Teams. but here it fails. It only works with 011.
I have setup ExternalAccessprefix to 9.
- LinusCansbyJan 11, 2020MVPNo, you have to setup that normalization of numbers have to be done in the Dial Plan. If your SIP Trunk provider requires another format (ex. 001555 instead of +1555) it is better to change that in your SBC.
- msabatJan 10, 2020Brass Contributor
LinusCansby One more thing.
I have some dial plan with normalization rules.
On SfB I have something like TRUNK CONFIGURATION where I could setup translation rules for calling and called numbers.
Is there something like that in Teams?
- LinusCansbyDec 19, 2019MVP
msabat It is listed as "Launched" in the roadmap, but I've not seen it in my tenant yet.

Read more about it here

- msabatDec 19, 2019Brass Contributor
LinusCansby Thank You.
Now it works correctly.
What about emergency calling based on subnets? When that feature be enabled?
- LinusCansbyDec 18, 2019MVPCheck that the call is sent to Teams by checking the log files in your SBC.
Dial plans should show up in TAC in January.
