I am facing same problem. One day before i purchased 50 license of Teams essential and phone calling for domestic and after few minutes i received this mail and i contacted to support to solve this but unfortunately Microsoft team is not well trained and very unprofessional not even able to understand my problem and too much delay for reply.
if anyone know how to solve this problem please help me.
I am very disappointed with microsoft and with microsoft support team if any customer comes into trouble than he is helpless because no one available exactly to help the customer in right way.
very sad for business owners who try to use microsoft products and got lost in business.
