Not helpful but maybe think about Direct Routing. Either where you host the SIP Trunk with SBC or another provider who can provide the SIP Trunk\SBC capability.
This is one of the issues with putting "all your eggs in 1 basket". When issues like this happen, you want to speak to somebody who can resolve it quickly but that isn't always possible when dealing with Microsoft unfortunately.
Teams Voice is a very good product but using a smaller company to handle your numbers and the connection into Teams is advantageous in these situations.
