• For Apply The Microsoft Teams Do We Needed Changed All Our Microsoft Office To Office 365
• Is That Our Admin Able Import Contact To Assigned Group
• Is That Microsoft Teams Able Restricted All Our Agent To Access Contact By Using Admin Page And Dialing Using The Speed Dial.
• Is That I Able Assigning Calling Out Phone Number Like Skype Call
• For Calling Plan, Is That The Calling Rate Is Same As Skype Or More Higher
• The Calling Cost Calculation Is That Depend On My Current Location Or How, May I Know The Detail
