Meeting recordings are generally saved to the OneDrive account of the person who starts the recording.. If it’s a “channel meeting”, it will be saved to that channel’s files (which are in SharePoint). It’s then automatically shared with the people in the meeting, giving them access to view it.
If you have an existing recording, you can open that file in OneDrive or SharePoint and manage the permissions for it, removing access for individuals.
