Microsoft Teams - Set Default Tabs

Hello,
I would like to create, if possible, a global guideline in which default tabs are set. When you create a new team, the following tabs are created by default:

 

- Conversations
- Files
- Wiki

 

In addition, the following tabs should be created when creating teams:

 

- OneNote
- Planner
- Website

 

Can this be set automatically?
