Microphone issues in Teams

Hey, I am experiencing some issues with microphones in Teams.
I have a pair of earphones with microphone integrated, and they work completely fine everywhere, but when I am in a call in Teams, it sounds like an interference, like an old TV when there is no channel running. It does not sound anything apart of that interference, not my voice neither the exterior. 
I have tried reinstalling Teams and drivers, buying another pair of earphones, but it just happens in the Teams desktop app.

I do not know what to do and I am desperate.
