Message notification, can't access message
Hi
I am posting because this is the third time it happens, I get an email notification as:
| Somebody sent you messages from Microsoft Teams |
and
sent messages to your Skype For Business conversation
But I can't find or access the message anywhere. The link 'Microsoft Teams' only opens teams but doesn't link to the message and the image of "skype...." is just an image with no link.
This is a useless feature/message if I can't access any of it.
- That says they sent it from Teams to Skype, which because Skype isn't persistent like Teams, they most likely are sitting in your Conversation folder in Outlook. This would be caused if you are set to one of the Skype modes, chat's would route to Skype still from Teams.
