Message flow using power automate in teams when keywords are mentioned

I am trying to create an automated message flow in teams when keywords are mentioned in a group/channel. I was able to create, and it worked for a single recipient but didn't when multiple recipients was mentioned separated by ;. Nevertheless, the same procedure works well when tested for sending mail than sending messages within teams.
