In Chrome use the Add person option to add a new profile, you can then switch between the 2.

Sorry I should have been more explicit, I should have said 2 organisations with MS Teams
That would be the best way to do it with 2 accounts, you would have to use the web version of Teams for one of the organisations. You can turn on notifications from the browser. I do the same for some customers, stops me having to sign out of my main Teams account in the desktop client.
