Deleted Yes, Azure Media Services will still be used for the recording and then it will be uploaded to OneDirve or SharePoint if possible. If it is not possible, due to license or something else, the recording will be downloadable from AMS. So it is just the final storage that is changes from Stream to OneDrive/SharePoint.

My question not about using Stream or OneDrive for recording
It was about whether the option to download recording from Azure Media Services (AMS) (with a 21-day limit before it's deleted) still be available if the user does not have a SharePoint online licence so no OneDrive or has OneDrive blocked
