Meeting Recordings - Who is the owner now?

This needs to be a setting in Teams admin center, where you can select Recorder, Owner or both as the owner of recording. I find it dubious that I can store a recording in someone else's OneDrive. Make that a 3 choice setting too so organisations can set it up as desired.
