Meeting Recording and Transcription - CoPilot

A slight rant but I find it really frustrating that the standard meeting transcription and recording settings are influenced by the new(ish) "Allow CoPilot" feature with its settings. 

They really should be two settings, standard transcript and recording and Allow CoPilot which don't overlap.
