LeonPavesic so you mean i can only have 10 planner plans per single MS Teams? i am not looking at how many Teams can reference the same plan, i am looking how for how many plans each single Team can have? i think the number is 200? as per this line:-

No, that means that you can have the same plan added in Teams only 10 times (1 teams = 10 x in Teams).
It is not directly specified how many teams each single Teams can have. Each Teams is one Microsoft 365 Group and in this Microsoft 365 Group (Team) it is not documented how many plans you can have.
