"Loading..." & audio on Presentation Live recorded meeting

Using Presentation Live within MS Teams and recorded ("Start recording") an event 2/3/22, but had experimented with a few others prior to this (and received the same following result).

The recording seemingly worked but the saved video has only audio and shows "Loading...", which is the entire video of the meeting (no webcams, slides, just a blank, black screen and "Loading...").

I've read numerous posts and this product seems a bit "buggy." So I intended to record with Snagit as a backup, but Snagit decided to take a day off and I'm left empty handed.

This is undoubtedly an "end-user-error" (as I tend to define the "Eye-Dee-10-T" user error) and I'm doing something wrong in MS Teams, but if not and this is a "bug" it needs to be fixed or this feature Presentation Live removed as an option--cost of use and failure are too high.
