Live Events - Q&A

I have set up a Teams Live event and when I did so, I ensured the box for Q&A was ticked, however, the Q&A function does not appear to be there - there is no option or button for it.

The Q&A is integral to the event and I am concerned it is not functional.

What is going on here?
