Live Event - Sign in loop

Hi all,

 

We're testing live events using the "orig wide" setting. We invited two guest users with their personal email accounts.

 

Anytime they try and join the meeting via the web, they get caught in a sign in loop. They sign in with their personal email account and it brings them back to the sign in page. Both accounts are registered as guests in the Azure AD. They've tried private browsing sessions but not change.

 

Anybody else see this?

    DaithiGYes, having the exact same issues with public live events at UT Arlington. Scouring the internet for a solution other than inviting the users to a Team in your tenant.

      gusruby Yes that's the only solution I found which isn't great. Part of the reason we ended up buying Zoom webinar licences.
