Live Chat type shared chat inbox?
Our team have a shared email inbox which different people manage each day, I'd like to have the same with chat.
Is there a way to create an alias which would ping a message to all of us in the team, with the person on 'duty' dealing with it while the rest of us have it on mute?
Or can I do something like this with a channel?

AdamI'd just like the users to be able to send a chat message to one 'person' but for a group of us to receive it and someone reply. Like Live Chat on a website, or an email inbox in outlook that is shared to a group of people.
Ideally i'd like to reply from that alias too, but not sure if that is possible!
