Limited number of individuals in a meeting can see screen share

All attendees should be able to see the screen share and use chat. Usually a disjoin and rejoin fixes the issue for users having this issue

Thanks Adam. It affected quite a few so assumed it was a limitation of the system but good to know that isn't the case.
