Limit 'Open' options for Office documents
Scenario: MS Office documents are uploaded to Teams (Sharepoint)
Problem: Some of these documents such as Excel have VBA code that fires on workbook activation. The Open with Excel Online allows users to bypass this code.
Question: Can the 'Open' options for documents be controlled to remove the ability to open online?
Illuminate This is a great question, but currently this feature is not available that you could customize the look of the MS teams files tab and edit or limit the features.
