Leveraging leaderboard and gamification using Microsoft Teams

My company worked directly with Microsoft to build gamification into Microsoft Teams. Taking data from Excel, PowerBI and more places to produce interactive and engaging competitions/leaderboards.Using Microsoft Teams with gamification is a fantastic way to collaborate and share visibility of data across your entire company. Plus we have an amazing staff recognition solution that plays their favourite song when they hit goals or targets.

Currently, there isn't gamification in Microsoft Teams - however, there are a few uservoices open for it here

If its something you want to see then would recommend to vote on these items to push them up the agenda. Note, it can take some time to pick up, if at all so would also raise this at future Teams AMA's.
I have voted for the uservoices - and I have raised on this Tech Community about the gamification of Yammer. However, when considering gamification, there is the point to consider that incentivising may not always lead to the right behaviour outcomes long-term, so gamification needs to be thought out.
