Hi Jenkins NS
Currently, there isn't gamification in Microsoft Teams - however, there are a few uservoices open for it here
https://microsoftteams.uservoice.com/forums/555103-public/suggestions/19374190--gamification-functionality-rewards
https://microsoftteams.uservoice.com/forums/555103-public/suggestions/38587222-gamification-integration-on-teams
If its something you want to see then would recommend to vote on these items to push them up the agenda. Note, it can take some time to pick up, if at all so would also raise this at future Teams AMA's.
I have voted for the uservoices - and I have raised on this Tech Community about the gamification of Yammer. However, when considering gamification, there is the point to consider that incentivising may not always lead to the right behaviour outcomes long-term, so gamification needs to be thought out.
Good luck on the uservoices - hope it comes in the future for you.
Hope that answers your question!
Best, Chris
