Hi guys I am after some help please I am trying to research a knowledge base tool that can do the following Can be integrated into Microsoft teams Able to record software architecture Content needs to be searchable thanks in advance

    Hi! OneNote can be used to build a knowledge base but otherwise from that you need to look into third party apps like Zoho! Search the App Store in Teams

        OneNote IMHO is a good start to create a kind of simple KB, but bearing in mind in Teams you can integrate almost any kind of external application I would recommend you to look for a third party KB solution that you can easily add at least as a Tab in your Teams channels
