Hi! OneNote can be used to build a knowledge base but otherwise from that you need to look into third party apps like Zoho! Search the App Store in Teams

      OneNote IMHO is a good start to create a kind of simple KB, but bearing in mind in Teams you can integrate almost any kind of external application I would recommend you to look for a third party KB solution that you can easily add at least as a Tab in your Teams channels
