    endry1992 If you are not the network administrator for your organization, then you need to follow the instructions and contact that person.

     

    If you ARE the network administrator, then you need to reconfigure your network to allow Teams to communicate on the ports listed https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/enterprise/urls-and-ip-address-ranges?view=o365-worldwide#skype-for-business-online-and-microsoft-teams, then use the https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=53885 to verify that it is configured correctly.
