Issue - Need to dial twice to able to get the connection in Teams

Dear Community,

I hope you guys experienced this issue and could help me out here.

The issue is you need to call someone twice in order to get the connection with him/her. 

we are struggling with this issue since a month or so, I did uninstall/install did updates as well.
