Is there any way to identify connector uniquely in MSTeams?
In MS Teams i am configuring 2 connectors in one channel so is there a way identify the connector uniquely?
This is the webhook URL for my connector:

I am not able to know about this id : c7b04ac74d644c8b986a8cb493c68492 present in this URL.I have also noticed that this part of the webhook URL is unique for every connector. So I am not sure whether it is unique or not.So can someone help me with it?

- I might be wrong, but just remember that connectors are Group related so I might expect that the ID is related to the Group and no to the Team...pretty sure some other folks will provide more clarity here
