Is it possible to have a superviser/department lead see assignments you have set?

A question regarding the assignments module of MS Teams. When we set assignments for our classes, we often want our department heads to have oversight of these tasks to ensure that a) tasks are being set and b) feedback is being given. 

How might this be done (assuming it can be done)?
