Is it possible to check who is muting other participans during a conference?
Im a student and this problem is very current during conference. I want to know if an admin or a teacher can see it.

Nope, though it's a common request on uservoice, so hopefully Microsoft will address this in the future. Until then, best adjust your meeting roles so that only teachers are presenters.
