Is it at all possible to find the exact time a call was placed or missed?
I'm looking at some missed calls from yesterday and need to have a conversation with my manager about the time I missed a call. I'm not seeing a time stamp for the call other than "yesterday". Is...
- If you click on the missed call, it should open up a panel on the right side that shows the time the call originated/started and it would say "Missed Incoming 10.45am" or similar.
How would I wipe the cache in the browser version of teams?
You wouldn't. You'd use the web version to see if this is a funky issue with your user account, or Teams as a desktop application.
For me I see the call log exactly the same as I do on the desktop version, but my web version is in light mode, and the New Calendar toggle wasn't on (for example).
