Is it at all possible to find the exact time a call was placed or missed?
- Aug 22, 2024If you click on the missed call, it should open up a panel on the right side that shows the time the call originated/started and it would say "Missed Incoming 10.45am" or similar.
Regarding the version. I am working on an enterprise-controlled Notebook, so I have no control about this. However, I have been missing this feature already on my previous Notebook, which is for at least a year, so regular updates and a fresh install happened since.
There is no setting for that feature in the GUI, so I do not want to do a cache wipe (whatever this is). I am onboarded to multiple clients and must not loose these accounts.
A cache wipe doesn't remove authenticated accounts. It just resets the app settings and usually gives Teams a chance to "catch up".
You should check with your enterprise support then. This is the version I am running: (under Settings, About Teams)
You have Microsoft Teams version 24335.208.3315.1951.
You've got the latest version. It was last checked on 1/29/2025.
The client version is 49/24120100221.

How would I wipe the cache in the browser version of teams?

You wouldn't. You'd use the web version to see if this is a funky issue with your user account, or Teams as a desktop application.
For me I see the call log exactly the same as I do on the desktop version, but my web version is in light mode, and the New Calendar toggle wasn't on (for example).
