Is it at all possible to find the exact time a call was placed or missed?

I'm looking at some missed calls from yesterday and need to have a conversation with my manager about the time I missed a call. I'm not seeing a time stamp for the call other than "yesterday".

Is there some way to get the time when a call was missed or placed?

MacOS: Microsoft Teams version 24193.1707.3028.4282.

  • If you click on the missed call, it should open up a panel on the right side that shows the time the call originated/started and it would say "Missed Incoming 10.45am" or similar.

It should be like this, but is not in my version. It shows the time for today, date for past days.

Are you using the latest version of Teams? You could also try the old cache wipe trick to reset Teams defaults (this is annoying because it wipes out your preferences like dark mode, compact viewing, alert notifications etc.)

I just realized, that I could use the browser version of Teams, with SaaS it is only MS responsible for up-to-date software. Same problem. Seems to be a bug.

unfortunately the detail page only shows "Yesterday", not the call time. Not helpful when I need to know if the call was prior or after a meeting with that person.
